Cancellation of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit and 35% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellation are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted please note that park bands are issued only for the date mentioned their on receipts. This bands and receipts cannot be used on any other date and non-refund shall be given for unused bands and receipts.

If amount getting debited from customer account and ticket not issued, Aatapi Wonderland will refund the entire Amount electronically (as credit to the relevant credit /debit card account used for the transaction), but the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited.

Amount will credited in customer account within 8 to 9 Working days.
